◆ MEET THE COACH

CONSTRUCTION
BUILT ME.
COACHING
CHOSE ME.

I'm Jovante Holden — ISSA-certified personal trainer, powerlifting nerd, and the guy who's going to answer his phone when you need him.

◆ THE STORY

Before Monster fitness.co, I was on job sites. Construction is honest work — long hours, real weight, calloused hands. It taught me how to show up when nobody's watching. Every rep I coach now carries that pattern.

The decision to coach didn't come from a book or a Instagram post. It came from watching my older brother build and run two gyms of his own. Watching somebody I grew up with become an owner — a builder — flipped a switch. I wanted to build too. But I wanted to build people.

So I got serious. I earned my ISSA CPT. I stopped thinking about training as a side thing and started treating it as the mission. Everything I've done since then — every client, every session, every phone call at 9 pm — has been about proving to myself that this is where I belong.

"You can accomplish anything you put your mind and effort into."

— WHAT I TELL EVERY CLIENT, WEEK ONE

My persona match is Lil Baby: consistent, focused, all in. That's not just a vibe — it's the standard. Consistent means I show up. Focused means I'm not distracted by fads. All in means when you hire me, you get all of me — my attention, my expertise, my phone number, my honest opinion.

What I refuse to do.

I refuse to not answer my phone when clients need me most. I refuse to not give them all of my attention.

That's not a marketing line. That's the standard my brother set for me and the one I've held myself to since day one. If you've been ghosted by trainers before, you're going to feel the difference in the first week.

What I refuse to sell.

Bro-science. "No excuses" yelling. Fake guru energy. Stock-photo abs and 30-day miracles. If you want a coach who screams at you and posts your worst angles for engagement, I'm the wrong guy.

What I sell is simpler: a program built around your life, coached in person, adjusted every week, and paired with a phone number that actually gets picked up.

Every program I write is one I've run myself. I don't coach what I don't do.

◆ UNEXPECTED FACT ◆

I'M NOT HERE TO YELL.
I'M HERE TO MOTIVATE.

The stereotype of the loud trainer barking at their client isn't me. My clients say I'm helpful and genuinely motivating — and that's what actually keeps them coming back for month 6, month 12, and month 24.
