LIFT LIKE
A MONSTER.
LIVE LIKE ONE.
You don't need another gimmick. You need a coach who picks up the phone, programs your training around your real life, and holds you to the plan until you see the person you actually want in the mirror.

BUILT ON CONSISTENCY & FOCUS.
My opinion on the fitness industry is generally based around health and wellbeing. That's the whole philosophy. No gimmicks, no shame, no bro-science — just training that respects your life and pushes you hard enough to change it.
FOUNDATION BLOCK
Weeks 1–4. We build the pattern first — squat, hinge, press, pull. Show up, get strong, get hooked on how good this feels.
PEAKING BLOCK
Weeks 5–8. We start driving numbers. Real weight. Real intensity. Your clothes start fitting different around week 6.
OPEN PROGRAMMING
Ongoing. Once you know how to train, we stop programming for the beginner in you and start programming for the athlete you've become.
FOUR MOVES.\nNOTHING FANCY.
CALL OR TEXT
Reach out. I answer my phone — no bots, no forms. We talk about what you actually want.
BUILD THE PLAN
I write your training and macros around your schedule, not around a template.
SHOW UP
1-on-1 sessions. I coach every rep and adjust the program every week.
SEE IT WORK
Weeks 8–12 you feel stronger, look tighter, and stop apologizing in photos.
You don't need more information.
You need someone who won't let you quit.
You've watched the YouTube. You've bought the app. You've screenshotted the meal plan. What's missing is a coach who calls when you ghost the gym on a Tuesday and reminds you why you started. That's the whole job.
WHO YOU'RE\nABOUT TO\nBECOME.
Every client tells me the same thing at week 8: "I didn't think it would happen this fast." Three things change first — and they change everything else after.
CLOTHES FIT DIFFERENT
The jeans you avoid pulling out on date night — those. Around week 6 they start behaving.
IN-SHAPE STAMINA
You stop being winded on the hike, on the dirt bike, up the school stairs. Cardio built through strength.
STRONG. FULL STOP.
Not skinny-strong. Actually strong. The kind that changes how you walk into rooms.
WHAT CLIENTS\nWON'T STOP SAYING.
I signed up for 12 weeks to lose 15 lb. I lost 18, added 40 lb to my deadlift, and stopped hiding in group photos.
Jovante actually answers his phone. I've had trainers ghost me. This is the first time I've stayed with a program past week 3.
Down two dress sizes in 10 weeks. My squat went from 95 to 185. I feel like a completely different person walking around.

ONE ATHLETE.\nONE COACH.\nONE PLAN.
I ANSWER\nMY PHONE.
I'm Jovante. I came up in construction before coaching. My older brother owns two gyms — watching him build that flipped a switch for me. I got my ISSA CPT, moved into full-time training, and never looked back.
The persona I bring to work is Lil Baby: consistent, focused, all in. I refuse to not answer my phone when clients need me most. I refuse to not give them all of my attention.
I'm ashamed of where I'm starting.+
Everybody starts somewhere. I've coached construction workers, teachers, and grandparents. I care about where you're going, not where you're standing today.
I don't know where to start.+
That's the point of hiring a coach. You bring the effort, I bring the plan. Start with a phone call.
I don't have time.+
The program is written around your calendar. Most clients train 3× per week for 45–60 minutes. That's the whole ask.
I can't afford another failed program.+
You're not paying for a program. You're paying for the coach who won't let you quit in week 4.
STOP THINKING.
START LIFTING.
Pick up the phone. Text me. Email me. Whatever's easiest — I'll respond today and we'll figure out if this is the right fit.
